Pizzaville
We order from pizzaville-keele & sheppard on a regular basis, we are a family with late hours & were great tippers. Since we've been ordering we've always recieved sub-standard pizza, over cooked, under cooked, and poorly cut (a huge slice, then a sliver slice). Just finished ordering from pizzaville and ordered a pizza with ranch as well as tomato sauce, on the website ranch is offered as a separate topping, when we got our pizza- no tomato sauce-just ranch. So we call them back saying they messed up our order, the supervisor precedes to lie to us saying the store did put tomato on, we read the bill saying it says 'Ranch only'. My bf tells him your about to loose an upset customer, the supervisor says thats fine!!! I call back upset and the supervisor tells me he has nothing to offer and has no problem with loosing a customer. After more talking, and at this point I'm getting upset, he tells me to go for it-call head office, and he doesnt mind- once again loosing customer. I plan on calling head office tomorrow to tell them about their crappy pizza, and even crappier service. Pizzaville has been boycotted in our home, and we intend to tell all our friends about it.
